System health and monitoring endpoints

📄️ Health check endpoint

Returns the health status of the application. Used by Docker HEALTHCHECK and orchestrators. Does not require authentication.

📄️ Get cached Pulsarr update status

Returns the most recent cached Pulsarr release check from the update-check service. The actual GitHub fetch happens server-side on an hourly cron.
